Investigation Readiness Lab

A six-module program for preparing calmly when a workplace investigation or employment consultation is ahead.

Who it is for

Employees, specialists, and first-line managers in Germany who have received — or reasonably expect — an invitation to an internal inquiry interview. The Lab assumes you want structure, not courtroom theatrics.

“Module 3’s pause drill changed how I handled silence. I stopped filling gaps with guesses.”

“Solid worksheets. The Lab cannot tell you how your employer will decide — and it says that early, which I appreciated even when it felt unsatisfying.”

FAQ

Is this legal advice?

No. The Lab is educational preparation training. Specific disciplinary risk, works council strategy, or litigation questions need qualified counsel.

How long does it take?

Most learners finish in two to three weeks at a steady pace. You can compress into several focused days if an interview is imminent.

What is a real limitation?

We cannot rehearse your exact company policy wording or predict investigator style. If your employer uses a highly specialised process, treat our drills as transferable habits, not a script.

Can my employer sponsor a seat?

Yes. Ask via the contact form and mention Cohort Companion if several people need a shared vocabulary.
